We are a boutique Web design company and have been in business for over 15 years. We have large client base of medium to small sized businesses and require an Account Manager for existing and new clients.
The Role
Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Establish, build and nurture strong relationships with clients
- Meet new clients to discuss new projects
- Scope and manage delivery of websites
- Managing clients with existing and new websites
- Brief and manage production team for new and existing websites Your Profile
The Profile
We are looking for an account manager who has:
- Excellent communicator with patience
- Excellent written and verbal skills with strong attention to detail
- 2+ years in the digital media industry understanding of Website design & development.
- Have proven Account Management experience within the digital space
- Experience working with CMS (Ideally Wordpress) and administering content in CMS environments
- Experience working with eCommerce will also be beneficial
